Service charge payment

> Collecting monies from leaseholders and tenants including service charges and rents.
> Insurance.
> Preparation of service charge budget forecasts.
> Reporting.
> We collect your rent electronically on a monthly basis. We deposit the rent into your nominated bank account and provide you with an itemised monthly statement.
> Rental payments are checked on a daily basis. In the event that your tenant’s payment is late, we will contact the tenant immediately to determine the cause of the delay and then advise you of the situation. In the case that the rental payment is delayed by one week, we will send a written warning to advise that they are not meeting their lease obligations. In the event that the rent is further delayed.
> We can pay your property related invoices on your behalf. This includes services such as Body Corporate fees, maintenance fees, water bills, council rates, insurance services.
