For any non-urgent repairs, we can either refer all requests to you before taking any action or we can arrange repairs up to an agreed price if preferred.
Some repairs are considered urgent under the Residential Tenancies Act. In these cases we will make attempts to contact you however if we are unable to reach you, we are required to arrange the repairs on your behalf.
